Experience
Michael Hagerty III, founder of Hagerty & Mack Excavation, started off in his youth running equipment with his grandfather. Transitioning to his working years, Michael started off finishing concrete on numerous, massive projects throughout Kansas City and Omaha, Nebraska, such as the Tyson Chicken Plant. Later, finding a passion for dirt work, Michael sharpened his skill set and mastered an art that allowed him to settle down in his career, working for earth moving contractors in Kansas City. Today, Michael brings his years of experience to Hagerty & Mack, where he can deliver a high-quality finished product for valued customers.

Alex Makoviecki, co-founder of Hagerty & Mack Excavation, began his early life interested in engineering, computers, and machines. Alex's interest in IT and programming led him to study computer science, mathematics, and finance. On the side, Alex takes a passion in entrepreneurship and developing relationships with clients through marketing, sales, and communications. Alex began his career as an engineer with Amazon Web Services and applies his years of experience designing plans as an engineer at Hagerty & Mack Excavation to ensure customers receive a finished product that is on time and to spec.
