We install city water lines, sanitary sewer lines, and storm sewer and stormwater lines. On commercial jobs this work fits into the rest of the site package. We clear, grade, build the pad and put the utilities in with one crew, so you have fewer contractors to coordinate and fewer handoffs.
Electrical Conduit Trenching
We dig utility and electrical trenches for conduit to homes, shops, outbuildings and commercial buildings. Each trench is cut straight and to spec so the electrician can set conduit and move on. When the work is done, we backfill and restore the grade.
Rock Is Not a Problem
Kansas City limestone can stop a utility trench cold. We break and remove rock in trenches as part of the job, so your schedule does not stall when the digging gets hard. Extra spoils can be hauled off site.
