Pond Excavation in Holden, MO

We start with a walk of the property to find a site that collects enough water and has soil that will seal. Then we clear the area, strip and save the topsoil, dig and shape the basin, build the dam in compacted layers and set a spillway sized for heavy storms. Banks are graded so you can mow them, and the topsoil goes back on so grass establishes quickly.
